First, maybe you are a new person in refurbishing LCD business, and your technology are not very skilled. Everything need practice. You need to do more excises. When you tear the membrane from the OCA film, please be careful, be soft for that.

Second, the quality of the OCA film. Please choose the best OCA in market, I suggest you buy the brand of Mitsubishi OCA. It is soft and easy to move the bubble. You can choose the 200nm, or 250nm OCA.

Third, when you put the top glass and LCD together, please do not use your hand press the glass or LCD. If you press, there may be a “dead bubble” and it could not be removed. You just can refurbish it again.

At last, the set-up of the removing bubble machine. The temperature is less than 50 centigrade degrees and the pressure is 0.6-0.7 Mpa.
